How it is calculated

Subastic reads the BOE Auction Portal, the Tax Agency and the Social Security every day. "Assets up for auction" are those in open or upcoming auctions on the day the barometer is generated; "new" are those first published during the week. Values are added once per lot, and the discount compares the auction value with the appraisal for single-asset lots auctioned below it (in most, especially judicial ones, the two are the same).
