Nature of the service

Subastic gathers information published by official sources. It is not an official portal, does not run auctions and does not accept bids. The official, binding information is the one published by each managing authority.

The data is collected and processed automatically from those sources and may contain errors, be incomplete or be out of date (dates, amounts, status, location, encumbrances, photos or estimates). It is for information only and is not legal, tax or financial advice. Before making any decision or bidding, check every detail against the official source linked on each listing. Subastic accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of this information.

Free account and optional consents

Signing up is free and gives you access to more detail on each property and to your list of favourites. By signing up you accept these terms and theprivacy policy.

When signing up or contacting an advisory firm you may, if you wish, tick an optional box, unticked by default, to receive commercial communications. It is not a condition for using Subastic or for having your enquiry handled. You can change it whenever you like inSettings; the details and effects are set out in theprivacy policy.

Contacting advisory firms

If you use the contact form on a listing, your details are sent directly to the advertising firm that receives it, which processes them as an independent controller. This is necessary to handle your enquiry and is independent of the optional boxes. Subastic charges no commission for this and is not liable for the services that firm offers you.
